The Yazargan Methodology is not a singular action but a self-sustaining cycle of digital accountability. We define this cycle as the Transparency Loop. Its purpose is to transform arbitrary algorithmic actions into traceable, verifiable, and legally actionable forensic events.

​The Transparency Loop: A Sequential Protocol

Our system operates through six recursive stages, designed to ensure that no digital suppression goes unrecorded:

1. ​Documentation: Capturing the precise moment of algorithmic interference.
2. ​Notification: Formally signaling the platform and regulatory bodies of the discrepancy.
3. ​Archiving: Securing the forensic state of the content across decentralized, verified channels.
4. ​Publishing: Making the evidence public to ensure irrevocable prior art.
5. ​Conceptualization: Analyzing the data within the framework of digital rights and systemic bias.
6. ​Re-notification: Initiating the next cycle based on updated evidence, creating a feedback loop that forces institutional response.

​Why This Methodology Survives

Protocols and legal cases are transient—they are specific to their time and place. However, the Transparency Loop is a meta-methodology. It is designed to function independently of any single platform, tool, or legal jurisdiction. By embedding this loop into the center of our initiative, we ensure that the system is not tied to the outcome of a single struggle, but to the continuity of the process itself.
